You order from the product page. It opens WhatsApp with your order already written out, so you send it in one tap and we reply to confirm the item and the delivery date. Nothing is charged until you have spoken to us and the order is confirmed.
Payment is handled by Yoco. Card details never reach us and are never stored by us. There is no cash-on-delivery, no lay-bye, and no credit.

Our stock is held in South Africa. That is deliberate: it means nothing has to clear customs after you have paid, so there is no import duty and no handling bill arriving at your door weeks later.
Dispatch
Orders leave within 1 business day. You get a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
Delivery
1–3 business days in main centres, 2–4 business days in regional areas, by The Courier Guy.
The price you see
Delivery is already included. Nothing is added at checkout and there are no hidden fees.

✕What we will not do
- We will not claim any product cures, treats or prevents anything. These are everyday pet accessories, not medicine.
- We will not invent a countdown, a fake stock number or a review that nobody wrote.
- We will not offer credit, lay-bye or buy-now-pay-later.
- We will not sell you something we do not have on the shelf.
⚖Complaints and disputes
Email us first — almost everything is settled that way. If it is not, unresolved matters go to the National Consumer Commission. We are a member of no self-regulatory or accreditation body and subscribe to no industry code of conduct, because none applies to a store like this one.
🔒Your personal information

Store files and email are hosted by providers outside South Africa (Cloudflare and Google), so personal information is processed outside the country. Payment is handled by Yoco, a South African payment provider. Where an operator processes personal information outside South Africa, we rely on that operator's safeguards as POPIA permits.
